Prior to joining Excel Health, Alan was the Founder and CEO of Zebra Telehealth, where he gained invaluable insights into healthcare operations and telemedicine.

Fluent in Spanish, Alan’s bilingual abilities facilitate inclusive communication strategies that cater to a diverse clientele. His adherence to critical regulations such as FDCPA, ECOA, privacy laws, and HIPPA/PHI ensures Excel Health’s compliance and commitment to privacy and ethical standards.
